Mobile Menu Not Working

I installed Mobile Joomla and there is a menu but it is just text with hyperlinks on the items that have no drop down, but the items with drop downs are not links and there is no way to see the drop down menu items. Is this possible with mobile joomla, that is can I make a better menu with larger buttons and drop downs? ALso, how can we place our logo at the top instead of the text name and how can we get multiple modules to show on the homepage? THe development site is devbcs25.cloudaccess.net . Thank you.

You can use standard Joomla's menu module. MJ's "Mobile Menu" module is specialized module for "compact" (current level and child items, or child only) displaying of menus without separator items.
