Mobile site stopped working

Hello,

I am having issues with the Mobile Joomla. I have a beta site where everything is working. I installed the new version and everything is working.

I tried to install the new version on my live site and for some reason it keeps showing me a blank page. I tried reinstalling, but that didn't help. I also tried to install the previous version that worked, but it still shows a blank page. All settings are set and normally I would think everything should be working, but nothing is.

Please help!

Is there error message in error_log file?

Unfortunately, I am unable to find the error_log file. So, no it's not there.

I also tried to use an emulator through www.manymo.com/emulators, and it shows something weird as if its being pulled from the main template, not Mobile Joomla and the Elegance Template.

Please help!

Your website portal*** displays login form to me (Elegance template). Tested in Android emulator.

Are you trying the beta site or the portal site?

The beta site works fine. But the portal site doesn't for some reason.

portal. What device do you use to test?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and the latest iPod Touch. I tested by visiting the beta and it works great. When I try the portal one, it thinks about it for a few seconds, then simply shows a blank white page. I tried few emulators on Manymo, and it shows a blank page too. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Hello,

I was wondering if you were able to take a look at the issue. Its down on a production site and I am not sure what might have caused it.

Thanks

Looks like you use old version of Elegance. In that version you should use "jQuery" instead of "jqm" in template's js/custom.js file.
Another issue is that there is a call to undefined prettyPhoto method (most likely corresponding js file is not loaded).

I actually contacted Mobile Joomla about some issues about a year ago, and the code in the custom.js is something that was sent to me in response to solve the issues we were having.

I just changed the custom.js file to use "jQuery" instead of "jqm" and it worked Now the mobile site is showing again.

Thank you so much for the help!!!
