How to remove from email notifications

Someone sent me about 100 links in 20 pms over this forum, and I am receiving these annoying notifications, how do I unsubscribe my self from the forum notifications.
You can delete my id if you feel so.

We have enabled blocking system in UddeIM, so you can block such users (there is a "block user" link at top right corner of message page).
