ERROR: Installation package couldn't be found!!!

Hi everybody,
After updating Joomla from 3.6 to 3.8 it wasn't possible anymore to install the "mobile joomla-package" (2.1.22) anymore. Before - in 3.6 - it worked. Unfortunately I uninstalled it
When trying this it was reported: "ERROR: Installation package couldn't be found!!!"
Does anybody know a solution?

Just checked that Mobile-Joomla.2.1.22.tar.gz is installed correctly in Joomla 3.8.1 and 3.8.2. Which file do you trying to install? What OS, Joomla and PHP version (full numbers), and "Maximum upload size" limit do you have on your server?

I can't install it. I used the Mobile-Joomla.2.1.22.tar.gz file. Fresh downloaded from die mobile-joomla-website.

I have downloaded the free version and after installing het says : Kan geen installatiepakket vinden
