Mobile Joomla! 2.1.7 don't recognize by PageSpeed Insights for mobile as mobile device and return desktop version.

In server log:

but return desktop version.

In Mobile Joomla - Testing - Preview - iPhone 6 (portrait) all normal.

Mobile Joomla last version and 1.2.11.

In Mobile Joomla - Testing - Preview - iPhone 6 (portrait) all normal also.

I think PageSpeed Insights change browser agent.
And record "Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 6.0.1... and so on not present in mj_amdd table

I think so too, because i use this program about 1 year and only 2 weeks ago result changed. it's say no mobile version now.

I resolved problem. I add record in mj_amdd table:

and TRUNCATE mj_amdd_cache table and drop joomla cash

Пожалуйста, если Вас не затруднит, не могли бы Вы либо по почте ( iphonkn​@​mail.ru ), либо тут рассказать как Вы это решили, просто добавили в mj_amdd table данные строки? К сожалению, я далек от программирования, поэтому не до конца понятно можно куда угодно это добавить или нет и где конкретно находится данный файл, особенно строчка and TRUNCATE mj_amdd_cache table and drop joomla cash не понятна . У вас же тоже проблема с тем, что гугл перестал видеть мобильную версию сайта, а то мало ли, не правильно перевел.
Буду Вам крайне признателен, спасайте, не знание английского на ряду с не знанием программирования это практически не решаемо.

Google Pagespeed has just changed their bot's user agent string in the past few days, that is why it's not recognized correctly at the moment.
We have already updated the online device database for Mobile Joomla Pro users, and for all of our other users we will release a device database update today (or latest tomorrow)  - please check for update later today/tomorrow and after that it will work normally again.
