Google pagespeed insights poor rating

Hello!

I am using MJ 2. When I run my website through Google Page Sites, I have a very poor speed rating - 64/100. My desktop rating is 92/100!

Page Insights says the most problematic item is "Optimize CSS Delivery" and it specifies file /media/mj/8d6894.css

I am not sure what I can do to fix this without breaking MJ core. However, I cannot use MJ because of this poor performance. This is the ONLY problem Google Insights sees. Can someone please help me? Also, here are my MJ settings.

Did you also check if you have the latest version of Mobile Joomla?
