Color Schemes and Page Transitions for Square Template

Trying to figure out how to use the Page Transitions and Color Schemes with the Square Template.

I can find no options for this in the template or the forum. Could someone point me into
the right direction to access these features?

Page transition option is located under Extensions -> Template Manager -> Square template -> AJAX. Please see screenshot: screencast.com/t/QfXMKlHD

Color scheme is located above AJAX.
