Database error

I just installed Mobile Joomla, free, 2.0.6. on a Joomla 3.3.6 site. No errors on installation. Using the default configuration. When I try to visit the site on my desktop, I get the following error:





1054 - Unknown column 'mj.device' in 'where clause' SQL=SELECT p.folder AS `type`, p.element AS `name` FROM `u47_mj_plugins` AS mj LEFT JOIN `u47_extensions` AS p ON p.extension_id=mj.id WHERE mj.device='desktop'


Can someone tell me what's happening? I've disabled the extension for now.

What database do you use (MySQL/PostgreSQL/...)?

Database is MySQL, 5.5.45-MariaDB

Did you have MJ 1.x installed previously?

Try to uninstall MJ, check that u47_mj_plugins and u47_mj_modules tables are correctly dropped, and then install MJ 2.0 again.

I'm having the same issue and have uninstalled 4 times.
If by "check that u47_mj_plugins and u47_mj_modules tables are correctly dropped" you mean search the plugins and modules for traces of Mobile Joomla then I have done this and nothing there.
Yet Every time I enable it I get same error 1054.

It installs great with no errors.
