Redirection to App Store

Hi there,

I am trying to find a way how to redirect mobile devices (or notifiy mobile users) to the app store. An example: If you try to access the homepage modmyi.com/   with your iPhone, a notification appears asking, whether the user wants to be redirected directly to the app store. 

Any ideas how to do that?

Would pretty much appreciate your replies.
