404 & white page and can't detect after installed sh404SEF

I have problem on using the mod_mj_markupchooser after I installed the sh404SEF verson 2.4.5.1028
my mobile joomla's verson is 0.9.12

It can't Detect and error404 or white page, how to set up? thanks!!!
