TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Hi, I've made a subdomein and pinted it to the main directory.

But when i visit my site on my phone, www is replaced by m. but m. directs to the main domain and mobile Joomla is pointing to the subdomain. After a while i get the error TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS (te veel om leidingen.)
Seems logical. What am i doing wrong?

Check your .htaccess: seems there is 301 redirect to www.renske.com.

Yes, thats correct. The httaccess is: RedirectMatch permanent ^/$ www.renske.com

But i need that to point the subdirectory to the main directory, dont i?
I have Plesk and dont know how to point the subdirectory to the main directory in an other way.

Plesk allows to specify "Document root" path for subdomain, so just make it identical to Docroot for main domain.

I asked our provider, but thats not possible because we are on a shared server, not a dedicated server.
Is there an orther optin for us?

What is full pathes to maindomain and subdomain directories? Is subdomain in a subdirectory of maindomain directory?
