site redirection

I have a strange situation:
I have succesfully installed and created mobile sites on siteA.biz/main ( no subdomain creation though, /main being the main folder of the joomla installation), and when I type iphone.siteA.biz/main or pda.siteA.biz/main it gives me the right view of the mobile site.
On the same server, a self managed cloud server, I have a second domain, siteB.com, with joomla installed in siteB.com/main, on which i installed also MJ.
when I type pda.siteB.com/main or iphone.siteB.com/main, I'm redirected to iphone.siteA.biz/main or pda.siteA.biz/main !!!
Any ideas??

Check Mobile Joomla! domain settings They might point to siteA?

Also might be issue with Apache rewrite rules with subdomains? Might they have references to siteA? 

Does the siteB work with user agent switcher add-on or mobile simulator when going to direct siteB url?

Also check your dns settings and httpd.conf file, because of first listed virtual host here is the default virtual host and will be used for any domain that is resolved to the servers ip.

-DNS settings are configured separately but share an IP
-vhosts are individually configured, there is no default vhost
- httpd.conf file is accessible for me, I have root access, but being new in the self managed server experience, if you could tell me what to look for in the file, it could help determine if I can do something.

Thanks, and I'll be glad to help with the very positive experience of using MJ and Joomfish, with the result that my mobile sites can individually switch language settings from the mobile without affecting the main site!

Let's assume that a user has a domainname domain.com and he setups dns for wildcard subdomains (*.domain.com) and add *.domain.com as alias in httpd.conf (currently it's first and only virtual host here). Now any subdomain.domain.com points to the same website. Then the same user adds domain2.com to dns and httpd.conf, but dns uses wildcards subdomains and httpd.conf doesn't include *.domains2.com as alias to domain2.com. Now when browser goes to subdomain.domain2.com, dns resolves this address to IP address of the server, but httpd.conf doesn't contain record for subdomain.domain2.com and will use first record from httpd.conf, that is domain.com.

PS. And note that vhosts.conf is a part of httpd.conf.

Looking at this topic I'd say your problem lies with your self managed server and not JM. It would be difficult for anyone here to give you a good answer as we don't haver access to whatever tools you use to manage your server. I can already see a minefield with these references to DNS. BUT as you say that both domains resolve to the same IP then you need to have named virtual hosting set up on your web server. My advise to you would be contact who ever you got this appliance of and ask them how to do it.

I have 8 different domains on the server, all with websites or applications working and there was never such a problem of a website showing under a different domain name, so i do not believe that the problem lies only in the server, in fact we have two servers with several domains and sub-domains, all working perfectly.
This is the first time in years that this kind of problem arises, and MJ has nothing to do with it??
I am willing to look on my side and check all possibilities, but I think you should consider to take a look at this kind of problem on your side.
I will post later today some images of the dns settings and files to counter check.

does not suggest that you have 2 servers hosting multiple domains and I do not need to look at my side because I'm not a developer of JM but I do have a fair bit of network and Apache knowledge and your issue suggests a configuration problem with your server.
