If I try to install the mobile Joomla Version 1.0.3.1 the program sign: 

JInstaller: :Install: Die XML-Installationsdatei konnte nicht gefunden werden.

Why? Who can help me? On my local platform it works. On my platform by the provider it doesn't work.
