Broken Joomla backend after mobile joomla installation 11 years, 7 months ago #11419

After installing Mobile Joomla 1.1.1 I cannot access anymore the plugin manager (a blank screen) and I cannot access anymore the Joomla global configuration (error: Fatal error: Cannot make non static method JCacheStorage::test() static in class JCacheStorageCachelite in /home/velascol/public_html/velascolawyers.info/libraries/joomla/cache/storage/cachelite.php on line 334)

Basically the installation of Mobile joomla breaks the Joomla backend.
I am running Joomla! 1.5.26 with PHP 5.3.13
I am hosted on Rochen with the Business package (plan 2).

I didn't really test anything beyond that stage as this is a serious problem.
