Do you use other caching tools (e.g. caching by nginx, apache's mod_cache, some caching proxy, etc.)? I cannot reproduce the issue. I've enabled global caching, System-Cache plugin, allow caching in MJ. Then refresh site in desktop and android by turns. Both versions are displayed correctly.

My settings are: Joomla's configuration - Progressive caching, File cache handler, 15 min MJ's settings - Global caching Order of MobileJoomlaBot plugin - -99 Order of System-Cache plugin - 0

dryabov OFFLINE Administrator Denis Ryabov, Lead Developer Posts: 4866 Karma: 105	Note in 1.0RC6 there is a feature that if you enable "Multidomain mode" then mobile devices will see full version on main domain (there is an issue with redirect to subdomain on first visit that is fixed in repository and will be released in next version: RC7 or Stable).
