LAMF, then there is no way to install MJ without increasing of max_execution_time.

To be sure try to install via "Install from directory" method, but remove packages/plugins/terawurfl/tera_dump.sql.bz2 before push Install button.

Thanks, this was the trick! Removing packages/plugins/terawurfl/tera_dump.sql.bz2 and then install from directory!
Now it works!

But note that in this case you have no Mobile-TeraWURFL plugin, and Mobile-Simple plugin sometimes incorrectly detect mobile devices.

"Sometimes" means about a percent of old devices (and Mobile-TeraWURFL fails sometimes too).
