iPhone showing 'web' view of site not 'mobile' verson 10 years ago #17322

Hi,

We used Mobile Joomla on an older 1.5 Joomla site, and liked it. So we used it again for a new 2.5 Joomla site. However users on iPhone are seeing the 'web' view of the site not the 'mobile' view of the site. I don't see any 'force' settings except for images in the component.

How can I force iPhone users to see the 'mobile' version too?

Make sure you have the template and module displaying in the template available positions for both
the smartphone and iphone in MobileJoomla component settings. Sometimes your cache or cookies
will create problems. Try

Desktop errors or stuck in mobile mode
USE www.yoursite.com/?device=desktop 

 Stuck on Desktop Mode = You can switch to mobile version using 
 yoursite.com/?device=xhtml or yoursite.com/?device=iphone
