We have a reply from our lead developer. "Not "drop down" exactly (in the case of multilevel menu), but any module may be transformed into collapsed one by setting title to be displayed. And Flat for MJ 2.x supports collapsed multilevel menus (I've noticed the question is asked in MJ 1.x section)."
